Refund Policy:

The intern shall pay Aramark the Program Administration Fee as follows:
Intern shall pay a nonrefundable deposit of Two Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500) (the "Initial Payment") upon program acceptance. 
The remaining balance of the Program Fee in the amount of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) is due on or before at least one week prior to the commencement of the Program Orientation. 

Refund of the Program Administration Fee:
If the Intern withdraws from the Program at any time prior to the Program Orientation commencement, Intern will be entitled to a refund of the entire amount already paid, less the nonrefundable deposit of Two Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00).
If the Intern withdraws or is asked to leave the Program after the Program Orientation has commenced, Intern will not be entitled to any refund. 
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Intern withdraws from the Program due to special circumstances, including, but not limited to, illness or a death in the immediate family, such special circumstances to be determined by the Program Director in such Director's sole discretion, then Intern may be permitted to reenter the Program on a date, to be determined by the Program Director, without penalty.
