Refund Policy:
The intern shall pay Aramark the Program Administration Fee as follows:
• Intern shall pay a nonrefundable deposit of Two Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500) (the "Initial Payment") upon program acceptance.
• The remaining balance of the Program Fee in the amount of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) is due on or before at least one week prior to the commencement of the Program Orientation.
Refund of the Program Administration Fee:
• If the Intern withdraws from the Program at any time prior to the Program Orientation commencement, Intern will be entitled to a refund of the entire amount already paid, less the nonrefundable deposit of Two Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00).
• If the Intern withdraws or is asked to leave the Program after the Program Orientation has commenced, Intern will not be entitled to any refund.
• Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Intern withdraws from the Program due to special circumstances, including, but not limited to, illness or a death in the immediate family, such special circumstances to be determined by the Program Director in such Director's sole discretion, then Intern may be permitted to reenter the Program on a date, to be determined by the Program Director, without penalty.
